Upon purchase we will message you our shipping address. You will then need to carefully pack and send us your full MacBook or logic board for repair, providing us the tracking number. After the repair we will send you back your repaired item to your Paypal verified address.
A full refund minus return shipping will be issued if MacBook is not repairable (100% success rate so far)
Hard drive may be removed before shipping if there is a privacy concern. We will respect your privacy regardless. Hard Drive may need to be formatted.
