Single piece (not glued) Honduran Mahogany guitar body blank.
Honduran Mahogany,
also called Genuine Mahogany or South American Mahogany.
The scientific name is
Swietenia macrophylla.
This blank measures:
20 1/2  (20.5  inches)    x    14 3/4 (14.75) inches
and is  1  7/8  (1.875) inches thick.
Both faces are sanded to 120 grit.
The blank weighs 12.5 pounds.
The lumber was kiln dried, and has been air dried for many years.
This blank was cut from old, seasoned mahogany.
