    This is a quartersawn
    PAU ROSA (
    Bobgunnia madagascariensis
    )
    back and side set for an acoustic guitar.
    This is an excellent tonewood that compares well to true Rosewoods.
    Very Similar to the true rosewood, Tulipwood.
    It works very nicely, and is very easy to finish, as the pores are very small.
    The taptone is incredible, it has a loud, long ringing sustain.
    The measurements are as follows:

    back boards  8.5
    " wide, and x 21.5" long x .130+" thick. The sides- 5" wide x 32.5" long x .130+" thick.
