    This is a
    KATALOX
    (swartzia cubensis
    )
    acoustic guitar back and side set.
    This wood is also known as Mexican Royal Ebony, and is a great substitute for African ebony.
    Katalox is a very finely grained non-porous wood that is easy to finish.
    Bright, loud, long sustaining taptone.
    The color of this wood is purpleish/pink when newly cut, but darkens to a deep purple/black soon.
    The measurements are as follows: backs measure (each half)   7.5" x 21.5 x .130+" , sides measure 32.5" x 5.5" x .130+".
    I will combine shipping charges to save you money.
