Drop Top #WM80 - 4A Book Matched Curly Flame Tiger Maple 16.5"x14"x0.22"

I would grade this as a 4A based on the grading levels below.
Maple grading levels:
2A - very light to light and inconsistent flame
3A - clearly visible figure over most of the guitar body but not overly vibrant curl
4A - good vibrancy of curl over the entire guitar template or exceptional curl covering most of the guitar template
5A - extremely good curl vibrancy covering the entire guitar template
Western big leaf maple. About 16.5" long,14" wide, and ~0.22" thick.  Thicknessed on a sander to prevent any sniping or tear out so the flame does not look as good in pictures as it would if it were run through a planer. Some pictures are wetted to let the flame pop a little.  One slight visual defect as shown in the pictures.  It is closed on the front but is open on the back.
One or both edges are jointed on all my drop tops.  However, due to the fact the wood moves with the changing of temperature and humidity you will likely have to joint the edge immediately prior to you gluing the set together.  I take the time to flatten the back side with either the planer or sander compared to some other sellers (some minor resaw marks may still remain and I will disclose if there are any major resaw marks or issues on the back).

Drop tops are very economical to buy 2 or 3 at a time due to fairly flat shipping rates up to about 5 pounds.
