China Doll Victorian 22 "  tall
7 pat. Dec 7/80. Beautiful Doll , sweet face,  no cracks or chips, cloth body , china head, arms and legs form the knees down.
Flat head across the top, which can help with her age and style , the year 1880 .
Could have been a Sunday doll, when little girls where only allow to play with them on Sundays after church for a short time.
I believe her 2 pc dress is silk.  Could be used for a pattern to sew a new one. Her petticoat and bloomers are cotton . Which she looks fine wearing just those.
Her cloth body fells very well stuffed, has a good weight about her .

Some small spots of lose of paint back of head due to the doll being 141 years old.
Condition is "Used vintage".
