    Description

    DESCRIPTION:
    This auction is for a antique German china shoulder doll who is marked on the back of her shoulder head "6 PAT DEC 7/80".  Measures just under 22" tall having antique china shoulder head, (no cracks on the china shoulder head), papier-mache arms with molded fingers from elbow down, papier-mache legs from knee down with painted molded black Mary Jane shoes, she has painted white stockings with red bands, the body torso feels straw stuffed. The antique body has been nicely re-covered so I did not remove the covering, her chest has had cotton applied. Doll has a "sweet" face with painted blue eyes, black liner over the eye lids with coral liner over the black liner, brown eye brows, she has closed mouth with rose color blush accenting her white china face. She has painted molded blonde wavy hair, nice condition with no paint wear. Wears two piece antique "style" burgundy dress with hooks down the front of the jacket, there is a hook at the waist of her skirt, clothing is clean. She wears full slip with pantaloons, there is a matching purse and small faux fur around her neck.
